DETERMINATION OF PROFIT 4.1 Six winners will be selected at random from all entries by FOC Retail Service GmbH with the support of the marketing agency Ryanup. |
4.2 The six randomly selected winners will be notified via Instagram private message
and must reconfirm acceptance of the prize in writing. The prize must be collected by the winners in person at the Lindt Outlet Store in 83404 Ainring/Hammerau, Sägewerkstraße 11, upon presentation of an official photo ID and, if applicable, in compliance with COVID-19 restrictions. The respective winner is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
4.3 The entitlement to the prize shall lapse without substitution if the respective winners are not contacted successfully within one week or the winners refuse to confirm acceptance of the prize in writing or the winners do not wish to collect the prize in person. A new winner will be drawn after the one-week period has elapsed.

6. PRICES
